Desiree Bartlett: Empowering Women Through Lifelong Wellness Journeys
Desiree Bartlett, Course Creator at DailyOM, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“I’m grateful to share this new feature in Women’s Journal, highlighting my lifelong work in women’s health and the evolution of the BodyMind Workout.
This article beautifully captures what I believe at my core: wellness is not a single moment or milestone… it’s a continual journey of renewal. Whether supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, or the transitions of midlife, my mission has always been to help women build strength from the inside out.
Through retreats, education, movement, and community, my intention is to offer practices that restore, empower, and reconnect us with our inner wisdom. The Radiant Renewal Wellness Retreat and the BodyMind Workout platform both grew from this vision of helping women feel at home in their bodies at every stage of life.
If you’re curious about my approach or exploring what wellness can look like during life’s most impactful transitions, I’d love for you to read the full article.”
