Keelin O’Donoghue, Professor of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at University College Cork, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Great work by Team Pregnancy Loss Research Group (PLRG) at AEPU2025 Association of Early Pregnancy Units annual conference in Glasgow this week.
Our CUMH HSE South West Ireland South Women and Infants Directorate new (!) cAMP in early pregnancy loss/ miscarriage services, Niamh Howard Jones, presented her Irish Hospice Foundation MSc research.
My CUMH consultant colleague Deirdre Hayes Ryan presented her work leading and developing Ireland’s first off-site (and newest) Early Pregnancy Unit.
We presented / shared posters from the wider Pregnancy Loss Research Group (PLRG)’s work.
And lots of networking! – good to meet / see work from Andrea Woolner Nicole Freeman among others
Looking forward to working with / joining the future / expanded Association of Early Pregnancy Units.”
