Endometriosis Awareness Month Calls for Better Support and Understanding – Hull Training and Adult Education
Hull Training and Adult Education shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Endometriosis Awareness Month — March 2026
March is Endometriosis Awareness Month, a time dedicated to raising understanding, improving support, and giving a voice to the 1 in 10 women and people assigned female at birth who live with this often misunderstood condition.
Endometriosis occurs when tissue similar to the lining of the womb grows elsewhere in the body — causing chronic pain, fatigue, fertility challenges, and symptoms that can impact every part of daily life.
Despite being so common, endometriosis is still widely overlooked, and diagnosis can take years. That’s why awareness matters.
Why This Month Is Important
It helps people recognise symptoms earlier
- It encourages conversations with GPs and specialists
- It supports those already navigating the condition
- It pushes for better research, understanding and care
If you’re living with endometriosis, thinking you might have symptoms, or supporting someone who is — you are not alone.
Whether you’re seeking advice, looking for support, or simply wanting to learn more, taking that first step can make a real difference.
This month, let’s break the silence, spread understanding, and support those living with endometriosis.
If you need wellbeing guidance or support, we’re here to help.”
