Gavin Williamson: There Is No Humanity in a System That Treats Fertility Care as an Easy Cut

“Across much of the country, people aren’t entitled to even one full cycle of IVF on the NHS. Unless you’re wealthy, that can mean never holding your own child.
Families are remortgaging their homes and begging friends and relatives for money for a single chance, and it is destroying them.
There is no humanity in a system that treats fertility care as an easy cut. During the Health Bill debate, I urged the Minister to act.”
