Stress Awareness Month Highlights Emotional Support in Fertility Care – HFEA
Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority (HFEA) shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Starting or undergoing fertility treatment can be an emotional rollercoaster. Accessing appropriate support, including having the opportunity to reflect on shared experiences, can play an important role in improving emotional wellbeing during times of stress.
As part of Stress Awareness Month, we want to hear from you. Share your tips and advice on how people can manage stress during fertility treatment below.
