Inclusive Guidance for People Exploring Donor Conception – London Sperm Bank
London Sperm Bank shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Choosing a sperm donor is a deeply personal decision and one that can feel overwhelming without the right guidance.
At Familymakers London, the London Sperm Bank team was on hand throughout the day to support individuals and couples exploring their options, answer questions, and provide insight into how donor selection works in practice.
Our session, Choosing a Sperm Donor: Inside London Sperm Bank, offered an inside look at our approach shaped by the lived experiences, priorities and needs of LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples, and centred on transparency, safety and informed choice.
Across the day, it was a privilege to speak with so many people at different stages of their journey from early exploration through to those ready to take their next step.
We also loved welcoming visitors to the LSB stand, where our team was available throughout to talk through the process, answer questions, and provide guidance in a relaxed and open setting.
And of course, a small highlight our LSB merchandise (including socks and lip balms!) proved a popular way to start conversations and break the ice.
Moments like these matter. They remind us that behind every question is a real person, and behind every decision is a deeply individual path to building a family.
Thank you to everyone who spent time with us.”
