“The clocks are changing, and for once, I’m prescribing something most patients are very happy to hear: Get some sleep.
Sleep is an important part of overall health, including reproductive health. Fertility treatment can make it especially tempting to spend those late-night hours Googling symptoms, reading message boards, and wondering whether that one little twinge means something.
My recommendation? Put the phone down. Your questions will still be there tomorrow, and so will we.
Enjoy that extra hour. You’ve earned it.”
