Nevena Vidakovic: Reimagining the Future of Fertility at Merck
Nevena Vidakovic, General Manager and Managing Director at Merck Group, shared on LinkedIn:
“At Merck, we reimagine the future of fertility.
As a pioneer and a leader in the fertility area, we know that access to treatment, the role of public support, and the need for broader awareness are crucial to ensure everyone has the chance to become a parent.
Data show a consistent trend: the birth rate in Bulgaria has declined by 33% over the past three decades, while the age of first-time mothers is increasing, reflecting the postponement of parenthood. More than 6% of children in Bulgaria are now born through IVF procedures.
That is why we are through a series of educational animations encouraging conversations and tackling stigma when starting a family.
Are u with us?”
