Nicola Pozzi: Building an Autoantibody Atlas to Redefine Antiphospholipid Syndrome
Nicola Pozzi, Associate Professor at Saint Louis University School of Medicine, shared a post on LinkedIn about a paper published in Blood:
“Antiphospholipid Syndrome (APS) isn’t a one-size-fits-all disease—and neither are antiphospholipid antibodies.
In our latest work, led by Suresh Kumar, we advance understanding of the molecular complexity behind pathogenic antibodies targeting β2GPI and, in doing so, we introduce new concepts and tools that may help achieve more personalized diagnostic strategies and accelerate the development of neutralization approaches.
Our goal of building an Antiphospholipid Antibody Atlas to fight APS continues… Just keep watching APS…Just keep watching…”
