Nutan Pakhare։ Fertility Is a Health Conversation
Nutan Pakhare, Garbhasanskar Coach and Guide and Founder of Ayg Academy, shared on LinkedIn։
“Fertility is a Health Conversation․
We often start the fertility journey with a treatment plan.
But perhaps we should start with a health plan.
Fertility is influenced by much more than reproductive organs.
- Sleep.
- Nutrition.
- Metabolic health.
- Stress.
- Physical activity.
- Mental wellbeing.
- Both partners’ health.
This does not mean lifestyle replaces medical fertility care.
It means we stop looking at fertility through only one lens.
Before asking, ‘Which treatment next?’
Ask: ՛What can we optimise first?՛
Ayurveda, Yoga and Garbhasanskar can have a complementary role in this preconception window-alongside appropriate medical evaluation.
Would you want your fertility journey to begin with treatment – or preparation?
Share your perspective in the comments.
Repost if you believe fertility deserves a whole-person conversation.”
