SOGC Raises Concerns Over Bill S-228 and Reproductive Care Access
The Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada (SOGC) shared a post on LinkedIn:
“A new National Post article highlights the SOGC’s concerns about Bill S-228 and its potential impact on access to reproductive care.
While the SOGC unequivocally condemns coerced sterilization, President Dr. Lynn Murphy-Kaulbeck and CEO Dr. Diane Francoeur are raising important questions about how unintended consequences of this legislation could negatively affect access to reproductive health care for women in Canada.
