“In IVF, conversion is Not Sales. Conversion is Trust.

Every patient walking into a fertility center is carrying hope, fear, urgency, and vulnerability. They are not looking for a ‘package.’ They are looking for a healthy baby in their arms — in the shortest, safest, and most affordable way possible.

Conversion improves when centers focus on four things :

1. Great patient handling: Patients want to feel heard, seen, and emotionally supported. Empathy is the first conversion strategy.

2. Strong counseling and objection handling: Counselors must simplify the science of IVF, explain the journey clearly, and build confidence through honest communication.

3. Effective follow-up systems: Vital. Patients often visit, think, discuss with family, and leave. The real operational strength lies in bringing them back through structured follow-ups, clean data systems, and consistent engagement.

4. Delivering the promised experience: Conversion does not end at signup. It begins there. A patient may or may not achieve success in the first cycle – but if they feel respected, supported, and cared for, they will still become your strongest advocates.

That is the true test of operational excellence in fertility care.”
