Association Found Between Adenomyosis and Chronic Endometritis – RBMO
Reproductive BioMedicine Online (RBMO) shared a post on LinkedIn:
“This new systematic review and meta-analysis provides novel evidence of a significant association between adenomyosis and chronic endometritis (CE), suggesting that women with adenomyosis have a markedly higher risk of CE compared with those without adenomyosis.
The findings deepen our understanding of the shared pathophysiology of these conditions and indicate that they frequently coexist. While the direction of causality remains uncertain, the available data suggest that this association is unlikely to be a simple coincidence.
The review is published open access, available to read in full from our in-press articles section, now.”
