Today Marks the Start of Baby Loss Awareness Week – University of Glasgow
University of Glasgow shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Content Advisory: baby loss and miscarriage
Today marks the start of Baby Loss Awareness Week.
UofG recognises that losing a baby is a deeply distressing experience, whether it happens to you, your partner, or a surrogate carrying your baby. The challenges individuals face at work during this time are often underestimated or misunderstood.
To better support colleagues, UofG has introduced new guidance for those experiencing baby loss or undergoing fertility treatment.
UofG colleagues Emma and Phil, share their experience of miscarriage and reflect on the University’s new guidance.
Hear their journeys and find out more about the support available at UofG.
Support for students can also be found here.”
