“Call for Abstracts – Pain, Stress Managment and Menstrual Health Challenges in Young Women | GFWH 2026
Menstrual health remains a significant yet often overlooked aspect of adolescent and young women’s well-being. Irregular periods, menstrual pain, hormonal fluctuations, and societal stigma can contribute to stress, anxiety, emotional distress, and delayed healthcare-seeking behavior among young females.
