“It’s the final day of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) 2026 Virtual Residency Showcase, and we’re wrapping up with wellness.
Residency can be tough. The long hours, the immense amount of information, the intense experiences…it’s a challenge. But it’s made easier when you’re part of a team and a program that values your well-being. Our residents take time for themselves and with each other throughout the year.
Last year, the team took a group trip to go snow tubing on one of their scheduled wellness days. (The snowy New England winters aren’t all that bad!)
