Dalia Majedi: Things Every Woman Should Know about Fertility
Dalia Majedi, Clinical Operations In-charge at ART Fertility Clinics, shared on LinkedIn:
“Fertility Awareness: Things Every Woman Should Know
Fertility isn’t something we should only think about when we’re ready to have a baby.
A few important facts:
Egg quantity and quality decline with age, especially after 35.
Having regular periods doesn’t always mean fertility is normal. Ovulation, ovarian reserve, fallopian tubes, sperm quality, and other factors can all play a role.
AMH can provide information about ovarian reserve, but it cannot tell you exactly how easily you will become pregnant.
Age matters. If you’re planning to delay pregnancy, understanding your fertility earlier can help you make informed decisions.
Fertility assessment isn’t only for couples struggling to conceive. It can also be a useful tool for understanding your reproductive health and planning ahead.
Know your fertility. Know your options.”
