“IVF is producing HIV babies.

That’s a lie.

Couples living with HIV can do IVF and not transmit it to the baby.

The secret is viral load. Regardless of the infection, checking and managing the viral load is very important.

Viral load is a test done to check the level of infection in body fluids.

Why? Because the virus doesn’t exist in the sperm or egg but in the fluid surrounding them.

If the viral load is very low or undetectable, they can do IVF.
