Transforming Workplace Culture for ART Support – Collectif BAMP Association
Collectif BAMP Association shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Infertility, ART and labour: discover the results of our major survey!
Last September, we conducted a major survey, both among employees and employers, through two questionnaires. A first on the subject, which allows the points of view of the main concerned to be crossed.
We have collected a thousand responses and testimonies from employees and a hundred from employers, which allows us to draw up a real overview of the impacts of ART courses on professional life.
We share the main findings here.
To access the figures and our recommendations in detail, download the study report.
Infertility and ART journeys are not just ‘intimate’ subjects. They concern thousands of employees and represent a major challenge for companies. The figures in this study call for a change in culture.
We invite all companies to mobilize: train, communicate, support. Because a professional environment that understands and supports life paths is an environment that attracts and retains talent, strengthens trust, attractiveness and performance.
