Onaps shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Guide ‘Physical activity, sedentary lifestyle and menopause: understanding and acting’!
We are very pleased to announce the publication of a new guide, written by the ONAPS team and produced for the Ministry of Sports, Youth and Community Life.
Aimed at the general public, it aims to inform, raise awareness and encourage perimenopausal or postmenopausal women to practice regular physical activity.
It allows you to:
- To better know and understand the physical, psychological and cognitive changes that can occur during perimenopause/menopause.
- Present and explain the benefits of regular physical activity and the fight against a sedentary lifestyle during these periods.
- To offer concrete and accessible advice related to physical activity and a sedentary lifestyle to act on the symptoms of menopause, and improve health and quality of life.”
