“Thin Womb Lining Doesn’t Have to End Your IVF Dreams!
If you’re gearing up for IVF and stressing about a ‘thin’ womb lining (endometrium under 7mm), you’re not alone – but this big international study brings real hope!
Researchers analysed over 30,000 frozen embryo transfers using genetically tested embryos across clinics in the USA, Spain, and UAE. While a thin lining can lower live birth chances, the encouraging news is that hundreds of women still had healthy babies even with very thin linings (as low as 5mm)!
Key Findings:
- USA: 310 births
- Spain: 311 births
- UAE: Over 1,000 births
Most women had a median lining around 8.9mm, linked to better success. In natural cycles (common in UAE), thin linings didn’t hurt chances as much.
