Postpartum Readmission Rates Linked to Antihypertensive Choice – AJOG MFM

“In a retrospective cohort of individuals with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy, discharge with labetalol rather than nifedipine was independently associated with increased risk of postpartum hospital readmission (9.2% vs 3.9%, P<.001).
