“Does Clomid Cause Cancer? The Honest Answer Is More Complicated
The evidence is patchy and far from perfect. Most studies are observational, and it’s difficult to separate the effects of Clomid from other factors like infertility or endometriosis. While short-term Clomid use hasn’t convincingly shown a link to ovarian, breast, or womb cancer, it’s important to note that some studies raise concerns about prolonged or high cumulative exposure.
The conclusion? A normal, medically supervised course of Clomid seems safe, but unnecessary prolonged treatment should be avoided. Always consult with your healthcare provider for personalised advice!
