“Meet Jean Marino, WHNP-BC, MSCP, IF, FNPWH, of the inaugural FNPWH class of 2025!
Jean Marino is a trailblazer in menopause and female sexual medicine, dedicated to improving the quality of life for women across the lifespan. As a senior WHNP at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center with dual appointments in OB/GYN and urology, she brings deep expertise and compassionate care to complex gynecologic and sexual health conditions.
She founded UHCMC’s first multidisciplinary menopause clinic, launched a menopause education and support group, and co-founded The Menopause Retreat, LLC, empowering women with education and community through every stage of menopause.
Jean has also advanced the field through clinical research, publications, and mentorship, contributing to studies on orgasm disorders, lichen sclerosus, and gynecologic pain management. Her leadership and innovation continue to shape the future of women’s health.
