Endometriosis remains a complex condition affecting pain, fertility, quality of life, and long-term health. Conventional treatment can help many patients, but recurrence and treatment limitations continue to drive research into new approaches.
Where Is Regenerative Medicine Exploring New Possibilities?

Researchers are investigating how stem cells may help us better understand disease mechanisms and potentially develop future therapies. - Tissue and Cellular Therapies
Regenerative approaches are exploring how abnormal tissue responses, inflammation, and cellular signaling could potentially be modified. - Molecular and Precision Approaches
Understanding the molecular pathways involved in endometriosis may open opportunities for more targeted treatments.
But Is It Ready for Clinical Practice?
Not Yet.
Many regenerative strategies remain experimental, and robust clinical evidence on safety, effectiveness, long-term outcomes, and fertility benefits is still needed.
That distinction matters.
Hope drives research – but evidence should drive treatment.
The future may involve combining regenerative science with precision medicine, advanced imaging, minimally invasive surgery, fertility preservation, and personalized treatment strategies.
These emerging developments will be part of the broader scientific conversation at the 12th Global Summit on Gynecology, Fertility and Women’s Health (GFWH 2026).
