“Very proud to announce the launch of the first issue of The Lancet Obstetrics, Gynaecology, and Women’s Health.
My deepest gratitude goes to the authors and reviewers who share our passion and have placed their trust in me and my team to publish our inaugural issue.
Our Inaugural issue features Articles about pregnancy (CEPRA trial), contraception use after first trimester abortion in a global health setting, adjuvant HPV vaccination for women with precancerous lesions (VACCIN trial), and the use of large language models for women’s health data—a varied selection that is testament to the vast breadth and heterogeneity of the women’s health research that we aim to cover in the journal.
