Ying Cheong, Professor of Reproductive Medicine at the University of Southampton and Founder of Ren Fertility, shared a post on LinkedIn:
”Understanding Recurrent Miscarriage: Evidence, Uncertainty and Hope
In recognition of Baby Loss Awareness Week, I am delighted to be joining Dr. Sarah Bailey for the Wessex Women and Girls Network webinar tomorrow.
Recurrent miscarriage is not just a clinical challenge – it is a deeply personal and often devastating experience for individuals and families.
Despite advances in reproductive medicine, many questions remain unanswered.
What does the evidence really tell us?
Where are the uncertainties?
And how can we offer meaningful hope and better support to those affected?
Together, we will explore:
- Current evidence and emerging research into recurrent miscarriage
- Challenges in diagnosis, investigation and treatment
- The emotional and psychological impact of pregnancy loss
- How research and compassionate care can shape a better future
Monday 12 October 2026
12:00–1:00 pm (UK time)
Online, Free to attend, open to all
Please join us for this important conversation.”
