The Link Between Lifestyle and Anti-Müllerian Hormone – RBMO
Reproductive BioMedicine Online (RBMO) shared a post on LinkedIn:
“This new study into the relationship between lifestyle and the level and decline rate of anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) illustrates the potential benefit to assessing factors such as oral contraceptive use, smoking and caffeine consumption, for the interpretation of AMH levels and reproductive health counselling.
The work by Lotte Werner, Monique Verschuren, Susan Picavet, Frank Dr. F.J.M. Broekmans, Yvonne van der Schouw and Annelien de Kat confirms the findings of cross-sectional studies through one of the the first longitudinal studies to investigate this relationship over time.
The paper is published open access, available to read in full from our in-press articles section, now.”
