What Employees Need vs. What Employers Offer – ESHRE
European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) shared on LinkedIn:
”Two very different realities.
According to our survey, around 93% of people would choose an employer that offers fertility-friendly policies.
Yet around 94% say these policies either don’t exist or they don’t know if they do.
That’s quite a gap!
It shouldn’t feel like two different worlds.
It should be one workplace where fertility can be part of life without becoming a problem at work.”
