Most people think increasing the dose is the answer.
But sometimes, the real solution is time.

In PCOS patients who don’t respond to standard 5-day letrozole:

  • The issue isn’t always insufficient stimulation
  • It’s often a short FSH window

By extending letrozole to 7–10 days:

  • Follicles get more time to grow
  • Estrogen rises later but adequately
  • Endometrium develops properly
  • Ovulation occurs naturally
