Vipin Chandra: Building the Future of Reproductive Medicine in India
Vipin Chandra, Director at Matcare Maternity, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“A proud milestone for Indira Fertility Academy and Indian Reproductive Medicine education!
I am thrilled to share that Indira Fertility Academy has achieved a landmark in medical education — we now have 36 FNB (Fellowship in National Board) seats in Reproductive Medicine, spread across 16 cities in India — with 7 new centers freshly accredited this year!
To put this in perspective: there are only 90 FNB seats available pan-India in Reproductive Medicine. Indira IVF alone holds 36 of those — that’s 40% of the entire country’s fellowship capacity in this specialty.
Our 7 newly accredited centers include:
Bhopal | Nagpur | Patna | Varanasi | Ludhiana | Indore | Dehradun
Adding to our strong existing network across Bangalore, Kolkata, Delhi, Pune, Lucknow, Jaipur, Udaipur, Prayagraj amdVashi.
As Chief of Indira Fertility Academy, I couldn’t be more proud – not just of the numbers, but of what they represent: a commitment to building world-class reproductive medicine specialists across the length and breadth of India.
This wouldn’t have been possible without:
- Every Center Head Reema Sircar, Dayanidhi Sharma, Anshul Roshan Bhiwapurkar Manju Parmar Dr Ammar Karia, Singh, Bakul Gupta who held the academic bar high
- The tireless IFA team Shashank Sanagoudar, Isha Suwalka, Saquib Khan, Nithesh Narayanan that worked behind the scenes
- The Indira IVF leadership Kshitiz Murdia, Nitiz Murdia that believed in investing in education, not just outcomes
When we train better doctors, we change more lives. That is the mission – and today, we took a giant step forward.
Here’s to the next generation of reproductive medicine specialists – we’re building the ecosystem for you to grow.”
