The PMOS Plate Was a Success – Fertility Purse and Wellness
Fertility Purse and Wellness shared on LinkedIn:
“The PMOS Plate was a success!
We’re delighted to share highlights from our virtual session on The PMOS Plate: Budget-Friendly Nutrition for Better Hormone Health.
The session brought together an engaging conversation around nutrition, hormone health and the importance of making healthy choices practical, affordable and accessible.
Our amiable speaker Esu Abba made nutrition for hormone health feel practical and approachable. The session reinforced an important message: healthy nutrition does not have to be expensive, rigid or complicated.
One of the most encouraging parts of the session was hearing Victoria B. Willie share her personal journey of navigating PMOS, including her experiences with acne, high prolactin and the challenges associated with managing her symptoms and treatment.
A balanced approach, informed choices and sustainable everyday habits can make a meaningful difference.
A very big thank you to our speakers for sharing their knowledge and experiences, and to everyone who joined the session, participated in the discussions and contributed to the success of the event.
Your engagement made the conversation truly worthwhile.
We’ve put together some of the key takeaways from the session in the slides below.
Swipe through to explore them.
Over here, we believe that reproductive and hormone health education should be accessible, practical and empowering.
And this is just the beginning.”
