Farah Siddiqui’s Work on Race Equity Spotlighted in RCOG eLearning Resource
Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists | RCOG shared a post on LinkedIn:
“During her time as a Clinical Fellow at the RCOG, Dr Farah Siddiqui played a vital role in the College’s work to champion race equity.
As a frontline clinician and Head of School, Farah knows the pressure that O and G colleagues are under – but she also recognises that racism is an issue that must be addressed to ensure everyone feels safe and supported at work.
This is why we created the Race Equity in the Workforce resource – an eLearning package that brings together real-life scenarios, videos, reflection tools and curated readings to explore core race equity principles and strategies.
Take action on racism. Access the resource here.”
