Ongoing Gaps in Contraceptive Access and Experience – BPAS
British Pregnancy Advisory Service (BPAS) shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Contraception has transformed reproductive healthcare – but access, choice and experience still matter.
At BPAS, we know that effective contraceptive care is about more than availability. It is about ensuring people can access the method that is right for them, receive balanced information, and make informed decisions about their own reproductive health.
Our Contraception Re-Imagined: The Unfinished Revolution report explored people’s experiences of contraception across the UK. The findings highlighted ongoing barriers to access, concerns around side effects, and the need for truly person-centred care that respects autonomy and choice.
