“Oocytes exhibiting severe PVS granulation and an enlarged perivitelline space — classic extracytoplasmic dysmorphisms encountered in clinical embryology.
These morphological anomalies are associated with reduced oocyte quality and may negatively impact fertilization rates and embryo development in ART cycles.
Accurate oocyte assessment prior to ICSI remains a key step in optimizing laboratory outcomes.”
