Interested in Doing a PhD in The Area of Men and Baby Loss? – PLRG

Pregnancy Loss Research Group (PLRG) shared a post on LinkedIn:

”Interested in doing a PhD in the area of men and baby loss?

Dr. Lewis King is currently advertising a fully funded PhD studentship titled “Men and Baby Loss: A Project Examining Men’s Experiences of Baby Loss and Support”.

Lewis is a Lecturer in Sport and Health Sciences within the SHE Research Centre at the Technological University of the Shannon (TUS), Ireland. He is also an affiliated member of the Pregnancy Loss Research Group, University College Cork.

This PhD adopts a qualitative, participatory approach to explore men’s experiences of baby loss, working in partnership with bereaved fathers, healthcare professionals, and community partners, to co-design a lived experience-informed support resource.

Funding includes €16,000 per year (4 years) and university fees (funded by TUS).
