Highlights from the 25th National GEDO Day – Biomedicine Agency
Biomedicine Agency shared a post on LinkedIn:
“A look back at the Agency’s participation in the 25th National GEDO Day
The Biomedicine Agency is delighted to have been able to participate in this anniversary edition of the Study Group for Egg Donation (GEDO) around the common thread ‘Evidence and uncertaint'”.
During the workshop dedicated to regulatory aspects in oocyte donation and ovarian failure:
- Chloé Baron and Samuel Arrabal took a concrete look at the European SoHO regulation applied to multidisciplinary egg donation platforms.
- Dr. Claire de Vienne shared his vision on secondary egg donation in France, shedding light on the essential role of private centers in donation pathways.
Their interventions have fuelled debates, provoked reflections and strengthened our conviction: combining scientific rigour, ethics and solidarity is essential to advance biomedicine for the benefit of patients.
A big thank you to the GEDO and the organizers for their welcome, the quality of the exchanges and this strong moment of co-construction.
To find out more about egg donation.”
