Vinesh Gadhia: 4 Months at Indira IVF, 34 Years in the Industry
Vinesh Gadhia, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer at Ferty9 Fertility Center, shared on LinkedIn:
“Four Months at Indira IVF. 34 Years in the Industry. And Perhaps the Most Exciting Chapter Is Just Beginning!
After 34 years in the fertility industry, having had the privilege of building and scaling some remarkable IVF organisations, I thought I had experienced most of what this industry could teach me.
My last four months at Indira IVF have made me think differently!
When I joined on 1st July, I came with curiosity, excitement and ambition. Four months later, I am even more convinced that I am part of something truly extraordinary.
What struck me immediately was the remarkable foundation on which Indira IVF has been built.
Consistently strong clinical outcomes, international standards of patient safety, uncompromising ethics, affordability, technology-driven processes and the ability to deliver standardised excellence across 200+ clinics.
Building a successful IVF clinic is one achievement. Building an ecosystem that consistently delivers excellence at this scale is something altogether different.
And behind this extraordinary journey is Kshitiz Murdia.
His clinical brilliance, entrepreneurial vision, humility and relentless pursuit of excellence have genuinely inspired me. Working closely with him has been one of the most enriching experiences of this new chapter.
Equally inspiring have been our doctors, embryologists and teams across the organisation. Their commitment reinforces my belief that great institutions are built not merely through strategy and capital, but through people, values and a shared purpose.
The depth of technology and AI adoption at Indira IVF has been another revelation. It strengthens my conviction that Indian healthcare has the capability not merely to follow global benchmarks, but to create them.
And my biggest conviction after these four months is about the future!
When an organisation already possesses such an extraordinary foundation of clinical excellence, technology, patient trust and scale, the possibilities for organic growth are immense.
I believe the next chapter of Indira IVF can be even more exciting than its remarkable journey so far.
My heartfelt gratitude to Dr Kshitiz, my colleagues and EQT Group for the trust, warmth and opportunity to contribute.
At this stage of my career, my aspirations are no longer just about building another successful business.
I want to help build an enduring institution. One that outlives individuals, sets global benchmarks and makes world-class fertility care accessible to millions more families.
I feel energised. I feel inspired. And above all, I feel an extraordinary sense of purpose.
We have built something remarkable in India. Now imagine what we can build for the world!
The best is yet to come!”
