Fang Wang, The Second Hospital of Lanzhou University
This study provides a comprehensive proteomic analysis of necroptosis-related alterations in the endometrium of patients with PCOS and identifies six key proteins to construct a robust pregnancy-outcome prediction model (AUC = 0.903). The findings highlight significant enrichment of the necroptosis pathway, clear stratification of pregnancy outcomes between risk groups, and notable correlations with classical endometrial receptivity markers, suggesting that necroptosis may contribute to endometrial dysfunction and hold promise for early outcome prediction.
Welcome to read this impactful contribution from Dr. Fang Wang and the research team!”
